VOVYO has more than 15 years of experience in the research and development and manufacturing of automotive electric water pumps and electric coolant pumps. It has more than dozens of models of electric water pumps (EWP), which are mainly used in automotive engines, electric vehicles, EV, trucks, buses, motorcycles, explosion-proof vehicles, RVs, military vehicles, aircraft, ships, charging piles, thermal management systems of energy storage equipment.
After years of hard work, VOVYO has developed more than 5 series of electric water pumps VP50, VP60, VP62, VP80, VP90, VP100. They are powered by brushless DC motors with high efficiency, long working life span. Diameters range from 25mm to 90mm, power from 10W to 550W, voltage range from DC2.5V to DC310V, water head range from 3 to 48 meters, water flow range from 2L/min to 280L/min, and working environment temperature range from -40 to 130 degrees.
Pump Application: VP50 series electric water pumps are mainly used in turbocharger heat dissipation, heating air conditioning cycle, parking Preheater cycle. etc. VP60 series pumps are mainly used in EV charging pile cooling systems. VP62 series mainly used in motors and controllers of hybrid and pure electric vehicles for water-cooling and cooling, heating air-conditioning water-cooling cycles, and parking preheater cycles.
VP80 series mainly used in Motors and controllers of light truck logistics vehicles and pure electric vehicle buses over 6M are cooled by water, and motors and battery pack cooling cycles such as MPV/SUV. VP90 series used in Fuel cell, buses over 10 meters, heavy trucks, engine main water pump cooling cycle. VP100 used in EV charging pile cooling systems, energy storage equipment cooling system,etc.
